To ensure smooth order fulfillment and protect the interests of both parties, we hereby outline the following shipping terms:

All shipments are based on FOB Ningbo Port, China. For standard orders of approximately 100 ladders or more, our company will cover the domestic transportation cost from our factory to the Ningbo port, including loading, trucking, and port handling fees. This service is designed to simplify the export process and reduce the customer’s logistics burden.

If a CIF quotation (Cost + Insurance + Freight) is requested, we can assist in arranging the international shipping; however, the ocean freight cost will be borne by the customer. While we may help coordinate booking and insurance upon request, all related responsibilities and expenses fall to the buyer. We shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping line or third-party logistics providers.

For orders below 100 ladders, domestic transportation costs to the port will be either charged separately or shared by the customer, depending on the specific order. We reserve the right to adjust the scope of complimentary FOB transportation based on order quantity or product type. All terms shall be confirmed in advance through mutual agreement.

All delivery times provided are estimates only and may be affected by port congestion, customs inspection, weather, or other logistical conditions. In the case of force majeure—including but not limited to natural disasters, policy changes, shipping disruptions, or unforeseen events—we reserve the right to extend delivery timelines without being held liable for delays.

Once goods are handed over to the shipping line at the port of departure, our shipping responsibility ends. The buyer is responsible for tracking the shipment, customs clearance, and collection at the destination port. If the buyer fails to arrange timely clearance upon arrival, any resulting storage, demurrage, or penalty fees shall be borne by the buyer.
