1. Deposit and Order Cancellation
Once the deposit is paid and production has started, the deposit is non-refundable. Please confirm all order details carefully before paying the deposit.
2. After-Sales Handling
Except for major quality issues, all sales are final and no returns or refunds will be accepted. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt if there are significant quality problems and provide valid evidence such as photos or videos.
3. Handling Problematic Goods

4. After-Sales Process

- Provide photos or videos of the product and packaging to support your claim.
- After verification and approval by our team, follow the instructions provided to proceed.
5. Shipping Costs
Return or exchange requests due to reasons other than quality issues are generally not accepted. Shipping costs related to returns or exchanges will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
